Hatties Landing a/k/a The Ritz Carlton Residences in Palm Beach Gardens at 2200 PGA Blvd has been a LOOONG time in the works. When I first moved to Florida I kept my boat in front of Panama Hatties and life was good. The project was given the final final blessing in June of 2022 for a 98 unit development with and a 23 slip marina. The approved Master Plan shows 3 towers around the pool and marina centered on the site with 98 units total on 10.973 acres. This is under 12 units per acre and all building must be under 77′ tall. This property went through the PB County P&Z approval process but is now being volunatarily incorprated in the City of Palm Beach Gardens. The site plan shows that the North Tower will be 24 units in 6 stories over 2 parking levels. The East Tower will be 36 units in 6 stories over 2 parking levels. The South Tower will be 38 in 6 stories over 2 parking levels.
