Oceancrest is a condominium community at 1300 South Highway A1A (a/k/a the beach road) in Jupiter, Florida. The 6 story building is directly across the street from the Jupiter Beach Resort and the picture perfect Jupiter beaches. In short, Oceancrest has a phenomenal location. Oceancrest was built in 1982 and consists of 161 condominiums in a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units ranging from 1306-1850 square feet under air. The east facing units are either on the northeast side (1,3,5,7,11,13, 15,17) look over a grass area at the ocean, on the southeast side (2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18) and look over the pool area at the ocean. The west facing units (19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27) look over the Jupiter Ocean & Racquet Club. Oceancrest has a 24 hour manned door security, underground parking, a large swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, media room, a work shop (as in a place to hammer 2 boards together) and a private walkway to the beach. Sorry, pets are not allowed in this building. One of the many nice features of this building is that there is a HUGE underground parking garage for ALL deeded and guest spaces.
The Condo fees include, amongst other things, building insurance, funded reserve account, water & sewer charges and ATT u-verse cable and hi speed 100 mbps internet included with condo fees. The owner only needs to pay for electric.
Commercial vehicles, motorcycles, boats, trailers and RV’s are not allowed on the property. Be aware that the condo rules limit the number of occupants to 2 per bedroom. Thus 4 occupants in a two bed unit, 6 in a three bed unit.

Each unit includes a large (6×6) deeded corridor AIR CONDITIONED storage space on the same floor as the unit. There is a 24 hour manned door for security and concierge services. The building features an outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi tub, a media room with a 65” TV, a hobby room/workshop, a fitness center with TV’s, bike storage and on-site management always ready to help. And, of course, this building has elevators.
