I did an interesting thing just now. I went to the Army Corp of Engineers web site and looked at the projected storm surge for the
area around Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens.

What was interesting is all the area in Jupiter on the north side of Indiantown Rd and along Center St which would be flooded. The area I live in in North palm Beach despite being right on the water is really only inundated in a Cat 5 storms.
