Where in Juno Beach can I buy a condo that’s pet friendly?
First, understand that, unlike Jupiter Beach which is north of the pier, pets are NOT allowed on the beach in Juno Beach. The only exception in the ordiance are service (TRUE service animals like seeing eye dogs, NOT emotional support) animals.
Section 18-42 (Parks & Recreation – Animals) of the Juno Beach Code of Ordinances states: No person in a park shall be responsible for the entry of any animal, other than guide or service animals, into any park areas. For the purposes of this section, the term “animal” means any mammal, domestic or wild, other than man. (Additionally, the term “Park” means park, reservation, playground, beach, recreation center or any other area in the town owned or used by the town and devoted to active or passive creation.)
