The Marina Tower of Old Port Cove in North Palm Beach, Florida is a 22 story Building located at 108 Lakeshore Drive. Note this is NOT a 55+ age restricted building. One pet under 25 lbs is allowed with association approval. Rentals are allowed with a 3 month minimum, once a year and ONLY after 2 years of ownership. The 38 stack is a 3 bed unit on the southwest corner of the building with intracoastal and city views. The 39, 40 and 41 stacks are all two bedroom, 2 bathroom units. The 39 stack unit is slightly smaller in size than the 40 and 41 stack units. The 39 & 40 stack look north over the OPC Marina, The 38 and 41 stack look south over the intracoastal. The top 2 floors have high ceilings than the others. Additionally, there are 2 ground floor units with private outdoor patios. One of which is used to house the on site building manager. All units have floor to ceiling sliders and spacious wrap-around balconies. The majority of the units have marina and/or intracoastal views. Each unit is assigned one covered parking spot. Guest parking is also available. Passenger cars and mini vans are OK but no commercial vehicles or trucks are allowed. The building has a social room with full kitchen and lending library. The marina view pool is heated and the pool area also has a spa and grill area. The building has a full time onsite manager and janitor. This association is very well managed and has tended to be ahead of issues rather than behind them. Concrete and balcony repairs to the building have been completed. The milestone inspection report has been completed as has the structural integrity reserve study. The building interior has undergone several upgrades including the lobby area, elevators and corridors. The building exterior has been freshly painted in 2024.
