The Lake Point Tower in Old Port Cove in North Palm Beach, Florida is THE very definition of the best land being used first. The views from this building are simply incredible. Units looks south down the intracoastal, or over MacArthur Park and the Atlantic ocean. These units are big and spacious with large walk in closets and wide patios. As of March of 2023 is NO LONGER restricted to those 55 and over. One small pet under 20 lbs is allowed.
