Village Place (Twin City Mall)
In 1954 John D. MacArthur bought 2,600 acres (11 km) of land in Northern Palm Beach County that had been owned originally by Harry Seymour Kelsey and later by Sir Harry Oakes. The land included most of today’s North Palm Beach as well as Lake Park, Palm Beach Gardens and Palm Beach Shores. MacArthur then began developing what is now North Palm Beach. North Palm Beach is within close proximity to the Palm Beach Inlet and has a Jack Nichlaus Signature Golf Course and many marina facilities, luring many fishermen and boaters to the area. R & R Realty can help you with purchasing a home in North Palm Beach which is hwere I have chosen to call home.

The Village continues to be a terrific place to purchase real estate and raise a family (it’s where I live!) for those who do not wish to live in a true Home Owners Association. North Palm Beach boasts:
- A public marina, ramp and boat storage at Anchorage Park.
- Several waterfront parks, and dog parks and a quaint serene intracoastal beach.
- The North Palm Beach Country Club which is has a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The Country Club also houses tennis courts and an Olympic size pool and kids pool areas, with an inside restaurant and outside snack bar all open to the public for a nominal fee.
- Many free, public festivals throughout the year, such as the Heritage Day Parade and Carnival and a Holiday Art and Craft show.
