Newhaven at Abacoa in Jupiter, Florida
Newhaven is a Divosta built community of single family houses and town houses located in Abacoa, Jupiter. The Newhaven community is comprised of 405 single family homes and 100 townhomes. Newhaven was built in two phases, a north section and a south section. The first phase was constructed in 1998 on the northern parcel, with its own clubhouse, heated community pool and resident mail room. The second phase on the southern parcel was constructed in 2001 with the same amenities. Therefore Newhaven is blessed to have two community pools, clubhouses and resident mail rooms. The single family homes range from 1300-3500 square feet in size and have 3 to 5 bedrooms. Many of the homes have front porches and port-cochères, a covered parking area. Newhaven has a warm, inviting community feel, with tree-lined street, clear sidewalks and beautiful residences.
