The Medalist Village, founded in 1995, is a private gated community located in Hobe Sound, Florida. Greg Norman and Pete Dye collaborated in the design of this unique, outstanding private Par 3 golf course. In addition to the golf course, the development has 119 home sites, a main clubhouse with 2 dining facilities, Har-Tru tennis courts, an authentic Aussie Pub and a 1300 square foot rest stop with 3 guest cottages all set within a beautiful natural preserve.
