The base construction is wood framed and there is some wood rot on the lower 12″ or so of the siding in just a few places. Most of the siding OK however as the house slab is well elevated above the surrounding grade. The full interior needs a facelift but the basic lay out of the house, room sizes and allocation are all very good. So one will need to renovate the kitchen but not reconfigure something screwball.
