This two story townhouse is within walking distance of restaurants and shops and a short drive to I95, the Florida Turnpike and the Gardens Mall. The unit has 2 spacious bedrooms, both ensuite with large walk in closets, both upstairs. The unit also has a half bath downstairs, one car garage and the back patio has a lake view. With low HOA fees, the community is not only pet friendly, but has no weight restrictions. This unique unit is a gem!

    Tory Joeckel in our office just listed the home at 1353 Saint Lawrence Drive in the Isles for sale asking $539,900. This home is a Divosta ‘built solid’ poured concrete wall home and an Oakmont model. It’s on the lake with a pool and screen enclosure, southern exposure and in the middle of the community between the 2 big concerns, Military and the RR tracks so minimal noise. The home is just 4 houses from the club house, community pool and 4 tennis courts. Original interior finishes but priced accordingly.

    Natural light abounds in this home that features 3 bedrooms/2 baths, office/study, SMART security ($5000 high-tech system), & extended porch overlooking the screened-in pool.     320 Marlberry Circle Jupiter FL

    I went to see the property at 320 Marlberry Circle in the Newhaven development in Abacoa in Jupiter today. I love the streets in Newhaven and this is sort of the standard house. It’s still mostly builder stock but it does have new kitchen counters. The first floor has laminate flooring and plantation shutters on all the windows which is really nice. The patio has a full screen enclosure and there’s an extra parking space in the back. The windows have steel hurricane panels on both the ground and upper floor which is less than optimal and the front door faces east but also the Railroad tracks and the road noise of A1A. Granted it’s the front of the house.

    1137 11th Ct Jupiter FL

    I saw the townhouse at 1137 11th Ct in the Lakes at the Bluffs today in Jupiter. What to say???

    The property looks OK from the front and has aluminum accordion shutters over the sliders facing the court yard. The unit backs up to the fence that separates the lakes at the Bluffs from Marcinski Rd. Not great but on the plus side this unit is NOT way in the back of the community. The mansard portion of the roof is covered with steel shingles which are actually a very good product.

    Inside, the majority of the unit is not upgraded. There is 16″ somewhat dated looking tile (not horrible but not a wow either) in the living area on the first floor and plantation shutters on the slider by the family room. The first floor bath has a newer vanity. The stairs and the second floor area are carpeted. The master bath HAS BEEN very nicely updated and the master slider has plantation shutters on the interior as well. Other than these upgrades the rest of the unit is all original and certainly in need of a face lift. On the plus side one is not paying for the improvements that someone else chose.

    For most people, buying or selling a house is one of the most complicated financial transactions of a lifetime. Recently, we did BOTH, in a matter of months. Fortunately, we had Chris Ryder and his firm R&R Realty to work with, making the process as smooth as possible. At the beginning, we were absolute rookies, knowing nothing about the process, with a hundred questions, every day. Chris ALWAYS had time for us, communicating via phone, text, or email with me (Steve) and phone with Victoria, whatever we were most comfortable with. His knowledge of the Palm Beach County market (we sold our condo there) and beyond (we bought a condo in Martin County) is comprehensive.
