Previewed a great unit yesterday. 3012 Princeton Lane is located in the gated neighborhood of Hampton Cay in Palm Beach Gardens. This 2 story townhouse is move in ready, sold furnished. The unit is an end unit and is light and bright with lake views. The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and one half bath and a two car garage. The master is downstairs with 2 large walk in closets and a spacious master bathroom. The laundry is also downstairs with a half bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs with full bathrooms, large closets and a spacious loft area. The kitchen is modern with dark cabinets, stainless appliances and granite countertops. The Conservatory School in North Palm Beach

North Palm Beach has long been a desirable place to live. Recently it was ranked as the 10th safest city in Florida by the National Council for Home Safety and Security. It has quiet neighborhoods with nice sidewalks and waterfront parks and play areas that look like they should be in a magazine. They have parades and festivals, a Country Club with a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and fun, unique events like a pool dive Easter egg hunt and flashlight Easter egg hunt. Yet there is another reason to want to live in North Palm Beach Florida, the local elementary school. The Conservatory School (formerly North Palm Beach Elementary School), is relatively new and a performing arts school. Kindergarten through 5th grade is currently open to the zoned school district which includes most of North Palm Beach and parts of Juno Beach and some areas south of North Palm. They have a Children’s Orchestra and Performing Arts (COPA) Program in addition to their academics. Their middle school is a choice school which requires an audition and as of next year they will have a high school too. The students begin instruction in music instruments as early as kindergarten and their performances are impressive.

For most people, buying or selling a house is one of the most complicated financial transactions of a lifetime. Recently, we did BOTH, in a matter of months. Fortunately, we had Chris Ryder and his firm R&R Realty to work with, making the process as smooth as possible. At the beginning, we were absolute rookies, knowing nothing about the process, with a hundred questions, every day. Chris ALWAYS had time for us, communicating via phone, text, or email with me (Steve) and phone with Victoria, whatever we were most comfortable with. His knowledge of the Palm Beach County market (we sold our condo there) and beyond (we bought a condo in Martin County) is comprehensive. And his resources, from photographer, inspector, escrow, and mortgage broker are just as professional and thorough as he is. The staging of our condo for the listing photographs was wonderful! Chris is also a licensed contractor and an engineer, giving him expertise that other agents do not have. He was always ready to travel with us to see possible rentals in Palm Beach County, before we decided to buy, and then he was equally agreeable to turn the page and show us condos for purchase in Martin County.
