I took a look at the property located in New Haven in Abacoa today for a customer located at 110 Cherry Laurel Drive Jupiter FL 33458. New Haven is a terrific neighborhood in Abacoa and this is the Pembrook model. This is a CBS home with a picture perfect front patio and all the s.f. on one level which is preferred. It is facing one of the large open areas in the community and th street is lined with now mature oak trees. The house is on the end of a row of houses and while this does allow for more light it can feel as though one is ‘on display’ when in the screened patio which faces north. No pool at the property, the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry is original but in very good shape. Hurricane protection is from shutters and this house does have a central vac which is really nice.
