Well, it’s free, it’s easy and it takes the work out of searching for new listings every day.  Most people have a pretty good idea of the area they want to be in, price point etc.  So, all you need to do is click on the link below.

Enter your search criteria and your email address and that’s it.  Our system will perform a search for you every day and if there are any new properties which meet your criteria then it will email you a link to these.  You may then browse these properties or simply delete the email.  Since my web site data is updated every day you’ll never miss a new listing.

If you would like to take this one step further then you may create a full Private Client Gateway using your email address and a password.
