This site has been in the works for years now with the developers finally getting what they want. And honestly, I don’t see much of an issue with this negotiated plan with Juno Beach to build townhouses

The plan now is to allow Pulte to build 40 townhouses at a height of 40′ in what is being called The Dunes at Juno Beach. CLICK HERE to see the planning and zoning backup materials. To do this they are asking to change the future land use of the site from Commercial to Moderate Density Residential AND to change the zoning from Comemrcial General to Rsidential multifamily – Moderate Density Residential/PUD. And they want the city to abandon a roadway shown through the site.
