The developer of the property at the southwest corner of U.S. 1 and Northlake Boulevard (A/K/A Village Place or the former Twin City Mall) has scheduled a public meeting to address residents directly about proposals for the former Twin Cities Mall site. The meeting will be held at the Village Community Center gym on Monday, Jan. 29 from 5 to 7 p.m. The Community Center address is 1200 Prosperity Farms Road. Anyone with thoughts, questions or concerns about the proposed development is encouraged to attend. This is not a Village-run meeting. This meeting is with the developer and is a separate meeting from the Community Development Department event announced for Jan. 23.
