The Resort at Singer Island is located at 3800 N Ocean Drive on Singer Island. Now known as the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort the property is managed and operated by Marriott International, Inc. The Resort affords oceanfront luxury residences with amenities galore. The complex consists of 239 all-suite condominium/resort units and 66 residential condominiums. The Resort provides for part or full time residences and can be used as a hotel-style investment. The condominium/hotel suites are one or two bedroom and range from 1,200 to almost 3,200 square feet. The 66 private condominium residences are 3 and 4 bedroom units and range from 2,800 to over 6,000 square feet and have their own lobby, valet, concierge and private parking. Built in 2007 by WCI Builders it is a 4 Diamond Award Winning Resort with amenities that include luxury resort swimming pool, 4000 square feet of meeting space, an 8500 square foot spa, butler service, valet attendants, full-time concierge, room service, on-site dining, Oceanside eatery, a temperature-controlled wine room available to store private wines, 24 hour security and dry cleaning services.
