Seawinds on Singer Island, Florida
Seawinds is a luxury oceanfront community of two towers located at 5070 N Ocean Drive and 5080 N Ocean Drive on Singer Island. Built in 1984 the two high-rises sit in 12 acres on the ocean with 865 feet of beachfront. Seawinds has a 24 hour manned guard gate, garage parking under the buildings and guest parking on open decks, 2 heated swimming pools and spas, a fitness center, a social room, billiards, 2 tennis courts, indoor racquetball, shuffleboard and a bar-b-que area. Leases are permitted with a 90 day minimum and 1 year maximum and both owners and tenants are permitted a pet up to 20lbs.
