The 38 units range from approximately 3100-5100 square feet and have panoramic views from the intracoastal to the ocean. Additionally each unit has private elevator access and almost 800 square feet of balconies. The Oasis has a gated 24 hour manned security, oceanfront heated swimming pool, whirlpool and spa, 2 fitness centers, 2 parking spaces per unit plus ample guest parking, Oceanside gazebo, outdoor summer kitchen with grills, refridgerator, ice maker and sink, tennis courts, pavilion and lounge. 1 or 2 pets are allowed, but 2 together cannot exceed 25 lbs. Rentals are limited to a minimum of 60 days a maximum of 2 times a year.
