The Sanctuary in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is located in Palm Beach County, Florida off of Hood Rd between A1A and Prosperity Farms Rd. This is a community which many people are are entirely unaware of. The community was developed by Pulte in the 80’s and has just 184 detached houses. There is an unmanned gate but no other community features, so no pool, no playground , no tennis courts. JUST the GATE. But the HOA fee is one of the best deals around. The HOA fee includes a FULL cable package (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc.) with (4) DVR’s, 80 MB/s internet AND ADT Alarm monitoring all for about 185 a month. Most of the houses in the community Coming Soon to either a preserve (famous for the turtle living there) or the lake.
