PGA National – Lexington Green in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
The Lexington Green subdivision is a condominium located inside the prestigious manned gated community of PGA National. The community consists of 24 buildings with 8 units (4 up and 4 down). The first floor end units (A and D) are the B Models with 2 beds, 2 baths and a 1 car garage and about 1400 s.f. under air. The interior first floor units (B and C) are the A model which are smaller 2 bedroom units. On the second floor, the end units (E and H) are D Models with 3 beds, 2 baths and a garage on the first floor. The interior second floor units (F and G) are the C Model which are 2 bed 2 bath units which again have a 1 car garage on the first floor. Note that the second floor units have access to the garage from an interior staircase.
The community has a nice community pool and owners may have 1 pet under 25 lbs. Lexington Green does not restrict rentals by length or number per year. An application must be made to the PGA Property Owners Association and notification given to the condominium association. Commercial vehicles, trucks and motor cycles must be in the garage at night. Grills may not be used on porch. Located on the south side of PGA national this community is very close to the PGA national park which has a playground, tennis, basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields.
