Talavera is a sub-community in the gated community of Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. There are 25 luxury estate homes along the cul-de-sac of Talavera Place. Talavera is located just east of the Mirasol Clubhouse within walking distance. The homes Coming Soon to either the 17th hole of the Tom Fazio Sunrise golf course or 1st hole of the Arthur Hills Sunset golf course. There are 3 models of homes in Talavera, Casa Del Vrano, La Candeleda and Villa Lugano. The homes range from 5000 to 7000 square feet in size and have 4-6 bedrooms.
