The Alton development in Palm Beach Gardens is now wrapping up in the fall of 2024 with Kolter selling the last few lots.
I’m impressed by this community. The final product is picture perfect with a nice blend of architecture, value and convenience. Property owners here can commute with ease just off 95 and park the car for the weekend. Walk down to world class club house or hop in the golf cart and go to dinner at one of the many fine reastaurants. Straight down Donald Ross and you’re at the beach in Juno. They hit it out of the park on this one.
The final build out will have 360 lots in Neighbrohood 1 (Parcel C), 117 in Neighborhood 2 (Parcel D), 199 in Neighborhood 3 (Parcel E) and 199 in Neighborhood 4 (Parcel F). The single family lots with one and two story homes with 2 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 4 full bathrooms and 2 or 3 car garage with an optional pool/spa. The town homes will be 3 story, 3 to 4 bedroom with 2 to 3 full bathrooms and a 2 car garage in the back similar to others in the area of a similar design.
All homes feature masonry construction right up to the rafters as it should be. All impact doors and windows as well as sound deadening masonite used to over lay the second floor to give a solid feel and great sound attenuation.
