On 08/21/2025 , The Palm Beach County Property Appraiser mailed the 2025 TRIM or Truth in Millage notice. If you want to know what your proposed property valuation is then this is what it’s all about. This is your chance to file a notice to contest that proposed valuation with the VAB This is the start date for the time line to file that. Florida law sets the deadlines for filing a petition on or before the 25th day following the mailing of the TRIM notice from our office. This year’s deadline is September 15, 2025. Remememer that the FY 2025 valuation is set on 1 Jan 2025 and thus based upon “qualified” sales in 2024.
