The Twelve Oaks community in North Palm Beach, Florida is located in Palm Beach County, Florida basically at the intersection of US-1 and PGA Blvd. This is the community where my parents bought a a place and they simply love it. Super convenient location with a 24/7/365 manned gate, several pools, tennis & Pickle ball courts, and a marina. Note that the small houses in here are technically condos so the fees include insurance from the dry wall out. There are just 198 units in this community which has a very ‘established’ feel with oak tree lined streets.
