The Sandpiper is a condo complex located in North Palm Beach, Florida. This waterfront complex is boat friendly with no fixed bridges and a short ride to Peanut Island and the Palm Beach Inlet. The community is NOT age restricted and has a swimming pool and boat slips. Boat slips are available for rent at $3 per foot, which includes both water and electricity. The slips can accommodate boats up to a maximum length of 33 feet. One small pet under 25lbs is permitted with condo approval, no aggressive breeds are permitted. This three story building has outdoor catwalks with stairs and elevators. Most the units have screened patios in the back with canal/intercoastal views. One parking spot is assigned to each unit. Leasing is permitted with condo approval and restrictions.
