The Admiralty buildings (2) are located in Old Port Cove at 1200 and 1208 Marine Way, North Palm Beach, Florida. These are two twelve story buildings with 186 units and parking below the building. The 02 and 03 stacks face the east and Lake Worth. 1200 Marine Way is the southern building and 1208 is the northern builing. OPC is home to Belle’s Restaurant and a private marina with slips from 30’-200’, 12’ draft and 50’ beam. There is a 2 Mile walking Trail behind the 24/7/365 Manned Gate. The building does NOT allow rentals in year 1 then it’s a 90 day min, once a year, IF <20% of units are rented. (1) pet (cat or dog) under 20 #’s is allowed. Guests allowed for up to 7 days.
