Sea Colony in Jupiter, Florida
Sea Colony is a beach side community located in Jupiter, Florida. The private gated community consists of 171 townhouses and condominiums and 86 lakeside homes. Built in 1989 with CBS construction the community has 24 hour security, a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts and a walkway to the beach. Rentals are limited to a minimum of 2 months, up to 2 times a year. Sea Colony allows up to 2 pets, but does NOT have a weight restriction on the pets. This delightful, private beach side community has it all.
January 2015 update – Please note there is currently a special assessment in place for the condominium buildings for approximately $32k for replacement of balconies and exterior concrete work. Assessment Payments: $501/annually for 7 years PLUS $968/quarterly for 7 years.
