The River at the Bluffs. WOW! There are 363 single family 3 bed, 2 bath houses in the community right across the street from Jupiter Beach. No trucks, vans, motor cycles or campers allowed in the community after dark. Large dogs are no problem and they may be rented with a 90 days minimum once per year. The community has tennis courts and a pool, no gate but a low HOA fee. For year round living these provide the space one needs in a terrific location. Some of these homes are direct intracoastal with dockage and yet are a walk to the beach
