Ranch Colony is what is commonly referred to as the communities behind the gate on the Mack Dairy Road off of Indiantown Rd in Jupiter FL. Although the gate for Ranch Colony may be in Jupiter, the community is actually in Martin County. Thus, not in the Jupiter or palm Beach county School Dirstricts. Ranch Colony is comprised of the communities of Ranch Acres, Ranch Estates and Old Trail. The communities of Tail Winds and the Links are technically not a part of Ranch Colony. But whatever. Also behind that manned gate are two golf courses being the Dye Preserve and the western course for Jonatahns Landing.
There are five communities (Old Trail, Ranch Acres, Ranch Estates, Tail Winds and the Links) and four Property Owners Associations within Ranch Colony. All property owners in Ranch Estates and Ranch Acres are members of RCPOA.
