Ocean Trail in Jupiter, Florida
In my opinion Ocean Tail has one of the best beach area locations in Jupiter. These are the only condos in Jupiter that do NOT have the beach road between the unit and the beach. Located at the end of the access road to Dubois Park the par 3 Jupiter Dunes golf course is right next door and you are ON the beach. The Jupiter Beach Resort is your neighbor to the south and there is a gate from the community into the resort for use of their restaurants and bar. There are 5 buildings in the community and each one is a separate association. The 100, 200, 300 and 400 buildings are 14 floors with 138 units each. Pets are not permitted and rental restrictions vary by building. The 200 and 400 buildings face southeast so they get morning sun which is typically preferred. The 500 building does not have any ocean views but the units are larger. There are several pools with Jacuzi tubs and club houses but also the 9 court Ocean Trail Racquet Club (201 Ocean Trail Way, Jupiter, FL 33477 (561) 746-1908) is located on the property. The beach and ocean in front, a tennis club on site and a public golf course next door.
