The North Palm Beach Heights, or simply The Heights, in Jupiter, Florida is located in Palm Beach County, Florida. This community of 28 streets and about 1500 homes is one of the few newer construction areas in Jupiter that is NOT in a Home Owners Association. Well, technically there is one but it’s voluntary and does not restrict any uses. It’s more of a civic let’s have a movie night kind of thing. The Heights is well known in the area for being in great school districts, right next to the Abacoa amenities, without paying for them, and yet one can have a boat or RV in the side yard. If you have a boat or a commercial van or truck then this is a good option. I love the Heights and love the community feel of the well kept houses that are not cookie cutter. The community is well known for full scale Halloween and some plane silly scale of decorations for the holidays. All done in good nature and with lots of fun.
