This small community is located just inside of Martin County around the intersection of SE Island Way and Loxahatchee River Rd. This area of about 150 CBS houses was platted as Jupiter River Estates with some lots as large as 2 acres but most being 1/3. The community has low HOA fees and now with SE Island way opening a few years ago it is very close to I-95, beaches, restaurants, shops, golf courses and other entertainment opportunities.
