Bluffs – The Bluffs at The Marina in Jupiter, Florida

The Marina at the Bluffs is made up of several associations. In total there are 660 units in 22 five story buildings with elevators. The actual marina slips are condominiums as well and one does not need to be a resident to own one. The community has tennis courts and a pool as well as Bocce courts. Trucks, vans and campers are not allowed. One pet under 20 lbs is allowed. Rental restrictions have changed such that new owners must wait one year before renting their unit for a minimum or four months, a maximum of one time per year. Typical for DiVosta these are very well constructed buildings in an intracoastal community.
