The Lakes at the Bluffs is a community of 392 townhome units in 98 buildings. These are the classic ‘DiVosta Quads.’ You enter a large private patio with houses the front door and a storage area. Some have screened these patios. Each of the units have two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. As you enter the front door, you are in a large living room. The kitchen, dining area and a half bath with laundry units are also located on the first floor. Two bedrooms and Two full bathrooms are upstairs with each bedroom having a balcony overlooking the large patio. The construction consists of CBS walls with a concrete floor and roof. Motorcycles, trucks and vans are not allowed but they do allow for a special permit for these vehicles at the discretion of the association. One pet under 25 lbs is allowed and the community has a pool, tennis and racquet ball courts. Rentals are allowed with a 90 day minimum.
