It is adjcent to one of the few spots in the area where one can onw a “dockominium” and one of my favorite restaurant is right there, the The Dive Bar. Jupiter Yacht Club condos consist of 5 waterfront buildings with either marina or intracoastal views. These condos include: The Admiral, The Mariner, The Pointe, The Anchorage and The Commodore with 150 condominiums total. The Admiral building at 500 US 1 has 23 units.The Anchorage building has 33 condominiums at 700 US 1. The Commodore at 600 US 1 has 33 units. The Mariner is located at 400 US 1 has 23 condominiums. And the Pointe at 340 US 1 is the northern-most building with spectacular views of the intracoastal Waterway and the Marina.
