Via Del Mar is technically a section of JORC, has its’ own pool and is an easy walk down to the beach. It is a very unique product in the area. These are mostly a standard 2/2 mini house with a 1 car garage and some odd ball larger houses in the back which the developer made for he and his friends and family. NOTE THAT PETS OVER 25#’S ARE ALLOWED ONLY WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE BOARD.
