Botanica is a community of single family homes, estate homes, townhomes and condos located between Military Trail and A1A, just south of Indiantown Road in Jupiter, Florida. The community is not gated but is set well back from any roads and is truly a hidden gem with tree-lined streets, sidewalks, lakes and preserves. I have always felt the single family detached homes in Botanica are very well built. These homes are full concrete block through the second floor to the roof and the second floor is a poured concrete slab. (Most 2 story homes in the area are a wood framed second floor.) Many homes in Botanica have private pools however there is a community pool as well. The community is pet friendly, however, trucks and RVs are NOT allowed. In addition to a community pool, Botanica has a fenced playground, picnic area, nature preserve and bike and jogging trails. There are several nature walks in the community and one of these leads to the Publix plaza on Military Trail with shopping, restaurants and a coffee shop. Within Botanica there are detached homes, attached 3 story townhomes and the units in Strathmore which may look like townhouses but are condominiums. Botanica is a short drive from Juno and Jupiter beaches, A rated Jupiter schools, Jupiter Medical Center, I95, the Gardens Mall, downtown Abacoa, Roger Dean Stadium, Scripps and Palm Beach International Airport.
