The Bluffs Ocean South is a gated condominium of 198 units in 7 buildings right on the beach. All the buildings have elevators and many of the units have stunning ocean views. Trucks and motorcycles are not allowed in the community which allows a minimum 4 month rental just once per year. Bluffs Ocean South has a community pool and tennis courts. In 2019 the community is having the balconies reconstructed at an estimated cost per unit of 30k.
