So, I’ve been saying there’s extremely low inventory of houses for sale for some time now but I had a truly remarkable example present itself this morning.  An agent was looking for a single family home in the Bluffs in Jupiter.  Even I was shocked to see that out of almost 1000 detatched single family homes for sale in both the Bluffs River and the Bluffs Ridge there is just one active listing.  Just a single house out of 1000 nearly identical houses is for sale.  WOW!  So, the re-cap for single family houses in the Bluffs in Jupiter:

There is just 1 active listing.

There are 6 homes under contract to sell.

There have been 40 sales in the last 12 months.
