The housing sales numbers for Palm Beach County were just released and Northern Palm Beach County (Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens finished up the year VERY strong.

From 2019 to 2020 in Jupiter the median sales price of single family homes increased by 10.5% and the average sales price increased by 28.4%…
