Sea Oats is located in Juno Beach, Florida between the Donald Ross bridge and US Highway One. The townhouse community is comprised of 214 properties. The 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes are Mediterranean in design and multi-level in style. Many have 2 car garages and enclosed lanais with garden or lake views. A few have small private swimming pools. The community has a swimming pool, clubhouse, picnic area and tennis courts and is a short walk or bike to the beach. The HOA fees are quarterly and cover building insurance, cable, common area maintenance, roof, exterior paint, trash removal, water, sewer, pest control and reserves. Rentals are restricted to a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months only once a year. Pets are permitted but limited to a maximum weight of 30lbs.
