The San Remo in Juno Beach, Florida

San Remo is a direct oceanfront community in Juno Beach, Florida. These luxurious townhomes are nestled in between the oceanfront high rise condominiums in Juno Beach. The community was built in 1975 and consists of ten 3 story townhomes. Each of the ten townhouses has a minimum of 3 bedrooms and they vary from approximately 1800-2200 square feet in size. The ten townhouses are each 3 stories high with 3 balconies, 1 on each story looking out to the Atlantic Ocean. The first floor is ocean level and sometimes has 1 bedroom, the second floor is a street level unit and has the kitchen and living area. The third floor consists of bedrooms. You can enjoy sea breezes, gorgeous sunrises and stunning ocean views from your balcony on each of the stories. Many of the units have been updated and renovated. The quarterly Home Owner’s Association dues include lawn maintenance, common area and parking maintenance and trash removal. There is no community pool in San Remo but the beach is literally steps away.

For most people, buying or selling a house is one of the most complicated financial transactions of a lifetime. Recently, we did BOTH, in a matter of months. Fortunately, we had Chris Ryder and his firm R&R Realty to work with, making the process as smooth as possible. At the beginning, we were absolute rookies, knowing nothing about the process, with a hundred questions, every day. Chris ALWAYS had time for us, communicating via phone, text, or email with me (Steve) and phone with Victoria, whatever we were most comfortable with. His knowledge of the Palm Beach County market (we sold our condo there) and beyond (we bought a condo in Martin County) is comprehensive.
