The June 2016 housing sales numbers were just releases for Palm Beach County and they show a cooler but in my opinion better picture. The market has cooled off a bit and we now have annualized median sales price increases slowing down. In Jupiter the median sales price for the first 6 months is up 2.7%. In Palm Beach Gardens the median sales price is the ‘flat’ while the inventory supplies remain at about 5 months.
