Where can I get detailed information on red tide around Jupiter beach?
The best place is the Florida fish & wildlife web site which has detailed reports released each Friday. One can look at their static map and information there or download an interactive version which uses Google Earth map layers. By playing around with this, zooming in and turn on the roads layer (armed with some local knowledge) one can see where the tests were taken. In the data I’m looking at, Carlin Park is the only place with a High level of K Brevis or red tide.
