The RAPB-GFLR just released the housing sales numbers for December 2023 and now we can see how the year shaped up. In Jupiter we see that sales of single family houses continue to do well. The total number of closed sales were down ever so slightly but the median and average sales price as well as the total dollar volume were up. The best indication I see of this satbility is that the months supply of inventory remains unchanged from a year ago. Condo and townhouses sales are down however and although the median and average sales prices per unit are up the months supply of inventory is up from 3 to 4.6 months. That’s a big jump.
