The RAPB just released the housing stats for Palm Beach County for April of 2017 and WOW!

The median sales price of both single family homes as we as condos and town houses are up 6.5% across the county.

The real head turner is in Jupiter where the median sales price was up 11% and in Palm Beach Gardens where prices rose a whopping 20% compared to April of 2016.  To see the full breakdown by city an town have a look at the pdf file below.
