I saw this 501 unit in the Island House building on Jupiter Island about a week ago with a customer and they have done a terrific job on the renovations. Very nice beach feel to the unit. This is a top floor and northeast corner unit. Typically I would say the southeast corner unit is the prefered stack but in this building the northeast corner looks over the pool at the next building to the north being Tequesta Towers. So it looks over that pool and up the Jupiter Island beach to the north. This unit has end wall units to take advantage of this as well. Very tastefully renovated unit and looks to be priced about right given the renovations. The only negative I will say on this is that the pool for this building is in the front of the building and NOT on the beach.
