Wood on the stairs, tile on the first and main floor. The cabinets have been decorator painted but are done well. The end unit has California shutters thoughout. The end unit has the extra windows facing east and has a balcony on the front, north, side as well as off the kitchen on the south. The end unit is closest to the guest street parking as well. This unit is technically a 3 bed and 3 and a half baths but there is a full bath on the fist floor next to the ‘den’ which does not have a closet. Then on the main living floor there’s a half bath and on the top floor a huge master with enormous walk in closet as well as 2 bedrooms which share a hall bath and the laundry is on the top floor as well.
