I went to see the house in the Bluffs at 121 Seashore Drive in Jupiter yesterday. The current owner paid 400k for the property and has done a substantial and for the most part very nice renovation to the property. The AC is a 2013 Trane which looks to be running just fine. They closed off the kitchen to the front hall and changed out the cabinets and counters as well as all appliances, nice counter tops, all switches and outlets are changed out, new electric fixtures, the baths are both fully renovated and all new floorings installed. All new interior doors trim and moldings as well. The patio is extended and screened. And there is a privacy wall in the back yard.
Can one hear the road? This property faces east and backs up to US-1. Yes, you can hear the road and yes when a car goes by you will hear it when you are outside but the impact doors and windows along with the poured concrete walls of a DiVosta house translates into virtually NO noise inside the house. To get to the beach from hear is easy as you would cross us-1 and go down the walkway between the Bluffs Ocean North and Sea Colony.
